This pizza place has lots of unique pizzas to try so we ordered 5 a group of 9: 1) Parma and Arugula with lemon and prosciutto 9/10 2) Adovada with spicy pork 8/10 3) Marmalade with sopressata, bacon marmalade and arugula 10/10 4) Veggie with whole olives 7/10 5) cheese which needed more cheese 6/10 We carried out so can't speak to service or ambiance but we would order the first three pizzas again if we are ever in the area.

Had an amazing dinner here the other night; a large group of us for work. We sat outside per our request and were seated immediately aligned w our reservation. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. I ordered the burrata appetizer and tried the artichoke appetizer as well - both were so good! For dinner I had a small arugula salad and the tomato bisque soup - it was delicious!! Def recommend this. Several folks had pizzas (the carnivore, Miss Piggy, and sausage fennel) and then some had lasagna, ziti, and the meatballs. Everything looked and smelled delicious - will definitely be back!

Not sure what else can be said about this great place. Atmosphere and concept are superb. Food is excellent. Michael is a superb server!!! Super personality. Ability to connect. Friendly. Welcoming. Lasagna is excellent. Spaghetti and meatballs is perfect. Very good wine list. Try an Italian soda for a special treat.

I finally had the opportunity to try Fat Olives this past weekend! The wait time was 45 minutes which is understandable for a Saturday night. My family and I ended up sitting by the bar because we did not want to wait for table seating. The bartender was our waiter and he had great service. For our appetizer, we ordered the bacon marmalade bruschetta board which was delicious but a little bit on the smaller side than we expected. We also ordered the Adovada pizza and the carnivore pizza. Both of which were great but the Adovada was my personal favorite! Overall, the staff was kind and service was quick after being seated. The pizzas were delicious so I would go back again!

Pretty good pizza! Clean ingredients. Tasty flavors. Good portions. Friendly waitstaff.

I have had many pizzas in my life, in Italy and elsewhere in the world I know this might sound extreme and overblown but 2 nights ago I had the best Margherita I have ever had.Period.

Tried this restaurant on our trip to Arizona. We started off with meatballs and classic bruschetta. We then had Margherita and Belgio Dolce Pizzas. The food was super fresh, served hot and was delicious. Our server was super attentive, warm and polite. The ambiance is rustic. The restaurant was pretty busy during lunch hours. There are plenty of parking spots outside the restaurant. They even have fat bagel drive in next to the restaurant. I would highly recommend this place! Must try if you're traveling or a local.

Finally had an opportunity to check out Fat Olives for an early Saturday dinner. Diners beware: the happy hour is POPULAR, we had to wait about 20 min for a table at 4:30pm. The restaurant is large with amble booth, low-top, and bar seating. I joined a group of 6 and had no issues with the booth seating. Two pizzas of note: the Belgio Dolce and the Farmers (with added egg!). The Belgio Dolce pizza's claim to fame is that it is both award winning, and the icon Guy Fieri gave it a try. The honey drizzle was a standout and the meat selection paired nicely. The brussel sprouts were enjoyed by all- even by folks who typically avoid them! The Farmer pizza is a vegetarians dream with great toppings and an unexpected sweetness. Adding a cracked egg was the perfect addition. All pizzas enjoyed by the table had stand-out crusts- seriously so good! I look forward to coming here again both for the great menu and exceptional service.

I went to fat olive's today with my girlfriend and had an amazing experience. Jennifer was our server and she did an amazing job. The food came out delicious and I recommend having the Belgio Dolce pizza. The chefs were very nice and cooked 5 star food. Bella was also very kind and brought us our drinks with a big smile! Definitely recommend coming here!

Food was very good. We decided on the marmalade pizza, which had a somewhat sweet taste mixed with spicy oil . It was perfect ! The lemoncello old fashion for sure was different, but it was delicious. The service was superb, Gavin made sure we had the best service in Arizona!!
